MY WORK
- I acted for and established a major local non-profit entity to carry on a school for children with multiple disabilities and training for parents and caregivers of such children. I continue to advise on corporate governance issues.
- I advised a leading bookmaking company in its acquisition of the business of another bookmaking company thereby positioning the former as one of the top earners in the local gaming industry.
- I acted for and advised an accrediting body appointed by CARICOM on the procedures guiding institutions, appeals against its decisions.
- I advised and established an event planning company which organized the first high risk outdoor obstacle race in Jamaica. I prepared all the waiver agreements and trade mark applications.
